Pro Fleet Solutions supplies vehicle body kits, van styling products, accessories and automotive parts to customers in the Isle of Man, United Kingdom and other selected locations.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

- United Kingdom
- Selected international destinations

Delivery Charges

Large Items and Body Kits
Some products, including body kits, bumpers, spoilers and oversized vehicle components, may require specialist courier services.
Additional delivery charges may apply for oversized or palletised shipments. Where applicable, customers will be contacted before dispatch.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Industrial action
- Supplier shortages
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Customers should inspect deliveries upon receipt.
If an item arrives damaged or appears incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery details may be passed on to the customer.
